“Her protective spirit, candor and sense of humor will always remembered ”.
Daughter of the late Ruth Farmer and Fitzgerald Hinds;
Beloved Mother of Ena Hinds-Goodman, Jacqueline Knight, Yolanda, Michael and Hugh Holder and the late Cheryl and Allison Holder;
Grandmother, Great- grandmother and great-great- grandmother of many;
Aunt of many in Barbados and overseas;
Mother-in-law of Oral Knight;
Relative of the Hinds, Farmer and Lashley families;
Dear Friend of Jean Gittens and many others.
A Homegoing Service of Praise and Thanksgiving to celebrate the life of Joyce Ianthe Holder will take place at the Bank Hall Church of the Nazarene, Lower Bank Hall, St Michael, on Saturday 1st February 2025 where relatives and friends are kindly asked to meet at 1:00 pm for the Service. The cortege will then proceed to Westbury Cemetery for the interment. Her body will repose for viewing at the Church from 12:00 noon on Saturday until the commencement of the service where floral tributes will be graciously accepted. Floral tributes may also be delivered to LE Smith Funeral Home no later than 10:45 a.m. Mourning colours are optional.
