A Service of Thanksgiving to celebrate the life of Hazel Dorian Chambers née Deane will take place in the Chapel of Coral Ridge Memorial Gardens, The Ridge Christ Church, on Friday,21st June 2024 where relatives and friends are warmly invited to meet at 11:00 am for the Service followed by the interment in the Cassia Lawns. Her body will repose for viewing at the Chapel from 10:00 am on Friday until the commencement of the Service where floral tributes will be graciously accepted. Floral tributes may also be delivered to LE Smith Funeral Home no later than 8:30 a.m. Mourning colours are optional. However, Hazel’s favourite is green.
