A Thanksgiving Service to celebrate the Life of Jeffrey Devere FORDE will take place on Thursday 28 September at Jackson SDA Church, Canewood Road, St Michael, where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 2:00 pm. The cortege will proceed to Westbury Cemetery for the interment.

His body will be reposed for viewing at the Church from 1 PM until the start of the Service and floral tributes will be greatly appreciated. Floral tributes may also be sent to LE Smith Funeral no later than 12 noon.
