Late of Lot 2, Kendal, St. John and formerly of Mannings Village, St. George.
Retired General Secretary - National Union of Public Workers (NUPW).

Former Church Warden, Altar Server and Chorister of St. Luke Anglican Church and one of the founding members of the Celestial Voices Choir.

Son of the late Lance “Laurence” and Louise Clarke;

Cherished Husband of Beverley Clarke;

Treasured Father of Nicole, Stefan and the late Lynelle Clarke;

Adorable Grandfather of Sariah Clarke;

Brother of Wilton Clarke and the late Seymour Waterman, Madeline Devonish, Laurence and Thelma Clarke;

Cousin of many;

Uncle of Maria Clarke, Deirdre Waterman, Denise, Philip and Kerwin Devonish, Paula, Laura, Alvin and Greg Clarke;

Great Uncle of Calvet, Mieshia, Darnell, Nehemiah and Genesis Liburd, Uniquia Bruny, Toni Sealy, Jordan and Bailey Devonish, Angelina, Alexandrea, Alvin Jr., Kareena, Jarelle, Mariah and Lucas Clarke;

A Home-going Service of Praise and Thanksgiving to celebrate the Life of Dennis Leopold CLARKE BSS will take place at St Luke Anglican Church, Brighton, St George on Friday 23rd August 2024, where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 3:00 p.m. for the service, immediately followed by the interment in the Churchyard. Visitation takes place on Thursday 22nd August 2024 at the NUPW Headquarters, Dalkeith Road, St Michael from 3 – 6 pm. His body will also repose for viewing at the Church from 2:00pm on Friday until the commencement of the Service, where floral tributes will be graciously accepted. Floral tributes may be delivered to LE Smith Funeral Home, no later than 12 noon on Friday 23rd August 2024. Tributes will commence at 2:30 pm.
The Organist and choir are requested to attend.
